This accent lamp is made with sweet chestnut wood: shaped manually from a chestnut trunk, split in 4 then handworked with a plane following the natural lines of the wood. The wood obtained has a very beautiful golden color with a fine grain. A stripe of bark has been left, it subtly decorates the lamp, like a pretty natural tapestry.
The electric cord is inserted into the wood and comes out through the solid oak plate base.
The base is made with a pretty solid oak disc, with a natural raw aspect.
